Requesting a reinstallation of FrontPage Extensions
If your FrontPage Extensions have become
corrupted, you will need to request that we reinstall them.

Before you request a reinstall of FrontPage Server Extensions, be sure you have made a local backup of you site. Reinstallation of Server Extensions will remove your themes and borders and will require that you republish your Web site files.

To request a reinstall, send your request
via email to support@way2host.com with
the following information:
- Your domain name
- Your Way2Host Customer ID
- Confirmation that you have
backed up your files
For existing sites, the re-installation is typically completed within 24 hours. At that time, you can re-upload your files.
