Uploading and downloading files

To upload files from your computer to the Web server:

1. In the right pane, navigate to the directory to the which you want to upload files.
2. In the left pane (local file system), select the directory or file(s) you want to upload.
3. At the bottom of the page, select ASCII to upload unformatted text files (such as HTML files) or Binary to upload image files and formatted text files (such as Microsoft Word documents).
4. Click Upload. You can view the status of the upload process at the bottom of the page.

To download files from the Web server to your computer:

1. In the left pane (local file system), navigate to the directory to which you want to upload files.
2. In the right pane, select the directory or file(s) your want to download.
3. At the bottom of the page, select ASCII to download unformatted text files (such as HTML files) or Binary to download image files and formatted text files (such as Microsoft Word documents or Flash files).
4. Click Download. You can view the status of the upload process at the bottom of the page.
