Viewing detailed information about your hosting plan

You can view detailed information about your current hosting plan in SiteControl's Plan Info section. To access this information, click Plan Info at the left of the SiteControl main window.

The Plan Info section's main page displays the following information about your current hosting plan:

Item	Description
Plan Name	The name of your current hosting plan.
Billing Cycle	The period for which you are currently billed. Depending upon your plan, the billing cycle may be monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Temporary URL	The URL you can use to publish your Web site files until your domain name has been successfully registered and transferred to Way2Host. For more information, see Using your temporary URL.
Mail Server	The name of your mail server. You will need to know this information to configure an email client, such as Microsoft® Outlook® or Netscape Communicator®.
Secure Server	The name of the secure server you will use if you need to gather secure data from your visitors, such as credit card information.
Available Support Options	The type of technical support your plan offers. Depending upon your plan, this may be email only or email and phone. All forms of technical support are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Available and Currently Active Features	The features that are currently available with your hosting plan and the features that are currently active. The list of features varies depending upon your plan.
