Cancelling your Way2Host service

You can cancel your Way2Host Plan at any time. Once you cancel service for a selected domain, your site will no longer be accessible by you or your visitors.

To cancel your plan:

1. In SiteControl, click Personal/Billing Info and locate the Cancellations box.
2. Click the link to display a list of all of your active domains.

   

3. Select the domain or domains you want to cancel and then click Continue.

   

4. Confirm you want to cancel this domain by clicking Continue.
